What is the return policy?

When will my item arrive?
Our items are made fresh for same day or next day delivery vis Royal Mail 24 hour tracked.
Please do note that Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery and occasional delays can occur. We are not responsible for delays once your parcel has been dispatched. However this is not usually the case and in this occasion please do contact us via our contact us page.
If any delay with delivery on our behalf or Royal Mails behalf occur there will we an email and appropriate compensation will be give.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can track your parcel via Royal Mail
